Treaty To Reduce Nuclear Weapons
Thursday, March 11th, 2010US President Barrack Obama and Russia President Dmitri Medevdev had a first face-to-face meeting to continue the talks on START-1 which is getting expired in December. The agreement terms for Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, Known as START-1 was discussed in 1980s and came into force in 1994. The treaty was mainly to take distinct measures on reduction of nuclear weapons.
